Export SEO has one goal: when an overseas buyer searches Google or asks an AI assistant for a supplier, they find your English website. This page explains how B2B export SEO differs from local SEO, what we actually do, and which industries we have mapped.

Who this page is for

We work with manufacturers and trading companies that sell into English-speaking markets — factories in Taiwan, mainland China and Southeast Asia, and overseas Chinese-owned exporters — who want buyers abroad to find their own website on Google and send an inquiry directly. Our team is based in New Taipei, Taiwan. Clients in other regions work with us remotely, by email, LINE or WeChat.

This page is also available in Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.

How export SEO differs from local SEO

Google results also differ by country. The same English query can return a completely different set of suppliers in the United States, Germany or Australia, so we start by agreeing on your priority markets and studying the actual results there.

AI search changes how suppliers get found

Buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT or Perplexity, or read Google's AI Overviews, with questions like "Which OEM manufacturers in Asia make stainless steel pipe fittings to ASTM standards?". These systems split one question into many sub-questions and quote passages they can find and understand. A site with an About page and a PDF catalog has almost nothing to quote. A site with specific pages on materials, standards, tolerances, lead times and minimum order quantities — with specifications in tables and structured data — gets cited.

What we actually do

  1. Markets and keywordsWe confirm your target countries and core products, collect English keywords per country with Ahrefs, and check the intent of each one. Retail-intent terms are removed. Deliverable: a full keyword sheet and page plan.
  2. Technical foundationURL structure, hreflang for multilingual sites, canonical tags, sitemaps, page speed and mobile usability. If your server is in Asia and your buyers are in Europe or North America, we assess whether a CDN is needed. We recommend WordPress for sites that will grow to hundreds of pages.
  3. English contentProduct category pages, specification and material pages, certification pages, application pages, OEM/ODM capability pages, factory and quality-control pages. We write them from your catalogs, drawings and technical data, and fact-check every page against your documents before it goes live. No unedited machine translation.
  4. Structured dataOrganization, Product, FAQ and breadcrumb markup so search engines and AI systems can read model numbers, materials and specifications directly.
  5. BacklinksBuilt manually, mainly on relevant English-language industry sites. No automated link software.
  6. Reporting by countrySearch Console impressions and clicks by country, and GA4 tracking of RFQ submissions. The accounts stay in your name, so you can verify every number yourself.

B2B marketplaces and your own site

Marketplaces and trade shows still work. The difference is ownership: a marketplace listing ranks alongside your competitors on a comparison page, while your own site builds an asset that brings buyers to you directly. Most exporters we talk to keep both, and use their own site to capture precise "product + specification" searches over the long term.

We do not guarantee rankings. No agency controls Google's results. Instead we commit to things you can check: which English pages go live each month and which keywords they target, agreed in advance and reconciled afterwards, with performance data you can see in your own accounts.

Industries we have mapped

We have studied buyer search behavior, English keyword structure and the pages a website needs for plumbing and bathroom fittings, automotive aftermarket parts, bicycle and e-bike components, hand tools, garden tools, machine tools, fasteners, industrial filtration, cutting tools and kitchen appliances. The detailed industry notes are currently in Traditional Chinese. If your industry is not on the list, we can run the same analysis for it as part of a free website review.

FAQ
We are not in Taiwan. Can we still work with you?

Yes. We work remotely with clients in other regions by email, video call, LINE or WeChat. Export SEO depends on how buyers abroad search, not on where your factory is.

Who writes the English content?

We do, based on your catalogs, drawings and technical data. Every page is checked against your documents before publishing. We do not mass-publish unedited machine translation.

Does our site have to be on WordPress?

Not necessarily, but we recommend it for sites that need hundreds of product and knowledge pages. If your site runs on another platform, we will assess during the free review whether we can work on it directly.

How is pricing structured?

Annual plans based on target markets, keyword volume and number of pages, so we do not publish a fixed price list. We start with a free website review and quote from there.
